Orena is a virtual memory clinic. We serve as the diagnostic and annual-reassessment arm for GUIDE participants, hospices, home health agencies and community organizations that don't have it in-house.

Diagnostic evaluationsVideo visits, a validated cognitive assessment from home, and a clinician's diagnosis and care plan, documented for your records.
Annual reassessmentsYearly retests and care-plan updates for the patients on your panel, so staging stays current.
Family in the roomEvery visit can include the caregiver, with the patient's permission, the way dementia care programs are built to work.
Clean hand-offsReports and care plans delivered to your team in a consistent format, with a named Orena clinician to contact.
How we're paidA per-assessment fee at fair market value, for services we perform on your patient panel.
What we never doPay or accept payment for referrals. Patients we diagnose choose their own dementia program.
